Damon Christie's winning art submission will be on the front of this year's PWPSD Christmas card.
Congratulations to Grade 3 student Damon Christie of Hythe Regional School, winner of the 2022 Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD) Christmas card art contest. Students in Kindergarten to Grade 3 throughout the Division were invited to submit artwork under the theme, “The best thing about Christmas is…”
Damon’s cheerful scene creates a bright and happy atmosphere as we head into the holiday season.
The contest cycles through all four grade divisions annually, with this year's contest open to Division 1 students, encompassing Grades K-3 at all PWPSD schools. Damon’s artwork was selected from among 176 submissions.
